Very large relative to face. Pale blue. Perpetually questioning.

Round and soft. Designed to be hugged. Cannot hug back — arms too small.
MARKINGS
Small bubble clusters on cheeks. Translucent effect.
MOVEMENT
Slow. Waddles. Always looking around for something.
VOICE
High and soft. One approved phrase: "Where is my sister?"

Introduced 1970. Stationed in Wonder Plaza. Lowest guest interaction count of all Buddies — most guests found him unsettling without being able to explain why. Children under six responded differently. They always tried to answer his question.
