As of the date of this memorandum, the GP-4 Integration Programme has reached Stage 4-C of the approved development timeline. We have successfully completed ███ primary integrations and ██ secondary integrations to date. Results across all test cohorts have been, by any reasonable measure, exceptional.
The ████████████████ yield from the 1986 summer cohort exceeded projections by 340%. Dr. Cross's refinements to the █████████████████████████ protocol have reduced integration time from an average of ██ hours to under ███ minutes. I want that noted formally. Her work has been invaluable.
Following the ████████████ incident of February 1987, legal has advised that our existing consent documentation presents an unacceptable level of interpretive exposure. Effective immediately, all GP-4 participant consent forms are to be updated per the revised Schedule D wording (appended).
Specifically: the phrase "irrevocable once GP-4 Integration has commenced" is to be retained and bolded. The clause regarding ████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████ is to be moved to a sub-schedule and reduced to six-point type. Legal assures me this remains enforceable.
Guardians are not to be informed of ████████████████████████. The standard language regarding "emotional enrichment" and "developmental engagement" is sufficient cover. If a guardian asks directly about ████████, staff are authorised to confirm only that it is "a proprietary experiential process" and refer them to the General Participation Waiver they have already signed.
Effective this season, all five StarLight Buddy units are to be deployed in a full GP-4 integration capacity. I want to be explicit: the units are no longer to be operated as standard walk-around performers. The distinction between costumed performer and ████████████████ is now considered resolved. See Dr. Cross's full report, filed separately under ████████████████████████████.
The TWIX unit in particular has demonstrated ████████████████████████████████ beyond the parameters of the original design specifications. I am personally satisfied this represents a success, not a liability. The ████████████ reports filed by Costume Operations in 1985 and 1986 have been removed from the general archive and are not to be discussed with non-Level-3 personnel.
I will not be discussing Project Eternus in detail in this memorandum. Those with appropriate clearance have received the update through the correct channels. I will say only the following:
We are on schedule. The ████████████████████████████████ are performing exactly as intended. If the current rate of ███████ holds, we will be ready for the ████████ event before the end of ████.
The park will remember.
All personnel with Level 2 clearance and below are to continue operating under standard park protocols. They are not to be made aware of ██████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████.
If any employee raises concerns of the type raised by ████████ in March, handle through HR under the standard ███████████ protocol. We have had no resignations that required escalation this year. I would like to keep it that way.
This memorandum is not to be retained, copied, or discussed. Upon reading, it is to be returned to Level 3 administration for archiving under SOL. Any copy found outside of authorised filing will be treated as a breach of the Non-Disclosure Agreement signed upon employment and handled accordingly.
