MECHANISM OF ACTION — W-1-C (RESONANCE PRIMING)
W-1-C is the primary active compound. Its full synthesis pathway is documented under ████████████████████████████████████████ and is accessible only to Level 8 clearance and above.
In simplified terms: W-1-C induces a transient state designated resonance readiness. In this state, the subject becomes measurably more permeable to ████████████████████, significantly increasing the efficiency of GP-4 integration.
Without W-1-C dispersal, GP-4 integration success rates drop from approximately 94% to less than 12%. The compound is not optional. It is the mechanism.
KNOWN SIDE EFFECTS
The following effects have been observed in subjects at standard park dispersal concentrations:

I was told the concentrations were within safe parameters. I am not certain I agree with how "safe" was defined. W-1 DISPERSAL — LUMINARA PARK
W-1 was integrated into the park's existing fog infrastructure beginning in ████. Dispersal points were located in all major guest thoroughfares, all five StarLight Buddy interaction zones, the GP-4 Integration Chamber, and the food and beverage areas.
On October 2, 1994, the W-1 dispersal system was operated at ████████████████████████ concentration for the Harvest Event. This figure exceeds standard operating parameters by a factor of ████. The decision was made by G. Alcott personally.

W-1 is how they were opened. I want to be clear that I do not consider this a deception. A lock is not deceiving anyone. W-1 was the key. The people who came to the park were already full of something extraordinary. W-1 simply made it accessible. I am grateful to Dr. Cross for her work. I understand she has regrets. I do not share them.
